Job Description:

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers. To be successful as an HVAC Technician, you should have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. Outstanding candidates will demonstrate a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, components, and functions.

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.

Perform routine preventative maintenance.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including chillers, air handlers, and rooftop units.

Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.

Requirements:

Proven HVAC experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting desired.

Proficient understanding of refrigerant handling and EPA regulations.

Ability to work a minimal of two calls per shift.

Excellent customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC training at a technical school or apprenticeship preferred.

Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required.
