• Diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of household and commercial appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and air conditioners, advise customers on appliance usage and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with various tools:
  Use a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for specific appliances.
• Comply with regulations: Technicians must be aware of and comply with regulations related to refrigerant handling and disposal.
• Respond to customer calls about appliance issues, explaining the problem and outlining repair options.
• Provide estimates and timelines
• Advise on appliance usage
• Document work and bill customer
• Responsible for managing their own inventory of parts and tools.
• Keep current with new appliance technology and repair methods.
• Maintain a professional appearance
